Haixing County Shengda Precision Processing Plant was established in August 2001.We enjoy convenient sea and land transportation, with good geographic location. Our enterprise has an investment of RMB3.8 million and covers an area of 3000 square meters. We specialize in precision casting, stainless steel quick coupling, pipe fittings, valve production, processing and selling. In order to let inner quality and presentation quality of our products under perfect control, we have introduced the modern silica sol lost wax casting, high precision CNC lathes and provide advanced spectrograph, chemical analysis instrument, metalloscope, sclerometer, and universal material testing machines. Our annual output of casting is 300 tons and input of our finetreatment products is 200 tons. We mainly manufacture stainless steel quick coupling (A,B,C,D,E,F,DC,DP), and one piece, two pieces and three pieces ball valves (screw thread, butt welding, socket welding, flanges and tee joint T), cut-off valves, check valves, gate valves, filters and various pipe fittings, also we can take all kinds of processing from the customer all over the world .The feature of our products are numerous in variety, complete in specifications, acid-proof, good performance and quality. Our products are all conformed to the API, ANST, BS, DIN and JIS standards. The main material we used are 316 (CF8M), 316L, 304(CF8), 304L and WCB. All the products of our company are passed the ISO9000 quality system certification. According to the request of the certification, we strictly follow the standard to reach international levels.In view of good service, reasonable price and delivery in time, our products sell well in America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
